  • Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, account data is deleted within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction for compliance with applicable financial recordkeeping requirements and to support dispute resolution.
  • Webhook Logs: Retained for 90 days from delivery.
  • API Access Logs: Retained for 90 days.
  • Rate Limit Data: Retained temporarily (up to 1 hour) and automatically deleted.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate information through your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations. Transaction records required for compliance purposes cannot be deleted upon request.
  • Data Portability: You may export your transaction data in CSV format through the dashboard.
  • Objection: You may object to certain processing of your personal information.
  • Account Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
